COVID-19 Update

Dear 847 Running Company Community:

We know that Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a concern for you as it is for our family and staff. We will remain OPEN at this time and will communicate any changes via our Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and store signage. This is how we are responding to ensure the safety of our co-workers and customers.

 

We Will Continue to:

  • Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, fit benches, Brannock devices, treadmill, counters, computer, checkout scanner etc.)

How We Are Stepping Up

  • Shoe Fittings- Our staff will be putting your shoes on for you to reduce unnecessary product contact. This service will not be optional at this time.

  • Speedy Pickup- Call (847) RUN-ROAD to have your items pulled and paid for ahead of time. We will prepare your order for a speedy in-store pickup OR curbside service to your car.

    • Replacing a shoe? Find the model on your current shoe printed on the lateral side or tongue.

    • Changing shoes? We will expertly guide you to the next best option.

    • Need apparel, nutrition, hydration, recovery items etc.? We will hear your needs and explain what we have to find your best fit.

  • Delivery - We are now offering delivery within a 15 mile radius of downtown Libertyville for orders +$100.

    • Products must be paid for ahead of time as staff will not carry cash. Please call ahead for delivery instructions and payment. (847) 786-7623

  • Appointments - Schedule a fitting for a more intimate setting. We know our busy times and will schedule around that.

  • Stay Active - Keep Running, walking, yoga-ing, biking, etc. Keep your activity level up to support your overall health and keep that stress level low.

    • Not active, but working from home now? This is the perfect time to move your body! Gyms may be closing, but the great outdoors is always open and free.

Thank you for your patience, help and communication during this time. If there is a way we can meet your need at this time, please let us know. 847 Running Company is a small business in the heart of downtown Libertyville, and we need your support now more than ever.

We ask for the opportunity to serve you and to not immediately think big box or online. Shop local if you can. Smaller stores means smaller traffic means more care.
