Want to train for a Turkey Trot? Join us for an 7-week program from Oct. 14th - Nov. 24th. We’ll give you a structured (yet flexible) training plan and two supported runs a week to get you to your turkey trot and through it with confidence!

Training plan provided for either 5k or 5-miler, run/walk beginner or advanced

Weekly group runs held Saturday morning 8am and Tuesday @ 6pm in Libertyville (Meeting locations to be provided by 10/5.)

Who It’s For

5K Beginner: You’re newer to running, have never run, or returning after time off and want to build safely (walk/run intervals).

5K Advanced: You can run a 5K but want to improve your time and add structured workouts.

5 Miler Beginner: You’re comfortable with a 2–3 mile base and ready to take on more distance.

5 Miler Advanced: You’re aiming for efficiency, speed, and a strong race-day performance.
